This time I don't put any meat. Just tofu and eggs. Any shop that sell bean sprout and tofu will have Chinese chives in the fridge section.
Cut tofu. If you don t like tofu, put shrimps
Crush peanuts, about 3 spoons
Cook noodle in boiling water 3 minutes.
Drain, this is the whole pack. But I only use 2/3 of it .
Prepare wok with hot oil
Scramble 2 -3 eggs
Add bean sprouts and Chinese chives.
Add sauce about 4 spoonful ,if comes out too mild , later add some more.
Serve with lime wedge. Squeeze fresh lime on top of pad Thai is the most authentic you can get without being in Thailand.
