How to Make Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

  • 10 Tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • Strawberries
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your ingredients.

    Step 2

    Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add 1½ to 2 tbsp of Nutella onto the tray and spread into a thin disk slightly smaller than a normal pancake. Freeze the discs for about 1 to 1.5 hours.

    Step 3

    Place flour in large mixing bowl.

    Step 4

    Place sugar in bowl.

    Step 5

    Place baking powder in bowl.

    Step 6

    Add a pinch of salt. Mix well.

    Step 7

    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.

    Step 8

    Add the egg into the center of the well.

    Step 9

    Add vanilla.

    Step 10

    Add milk.

    Step 11

    Mix together until smooth.

    Step 12

    Melt buter over medium heat.

    Step 13

    Add 1/4 cup of pancake batter to your pan.

    Step 14

    Quickly add a frozen Nutella disc.

    Step 15

    Spoon another 1/4 cup over the disc, completely covering it. Cook for about 2 minutes before carefully flipping.

    Step 16

    Let cool and enjoy! Serve with sliced strawberries.
