After rolling (or spread) the puff pastry, spread the Nutella.
Two roll end towards the area, to obtain a palm shape.
Place in the freezer for ten minutes (until the dough hardens). Cut into equal slices (3-5 mm) and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes, at 180°C (thermostat 6), until lightly colored palms. Wait a bit before removing the paper, otherwise Nutella flows. Let cool and enjoy !
