Get all your ingredients

Pre-heat your oven to 180c / 350f

Put your hazelnuts onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 10 minutes

After 10 mins take them out the oven and wait for them to cool slightly for about 2 minutes

To get the skin off put them on a tea-towel and gently rub

It doesn't matter if a few bits of skin are still on

Put the nuts in a food processor and blend until they are about this texture

Add the cocoa powder, icing sugar, vanilla extract, oil and salt

Until it looks a bit like this

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring often

And add that to the food processor until it looks like Nutella (it might have more texture though)

Spoon it in to the jars and you are done :) it should make about 1 and a 1/4 jars worth :)

You can keep it in the fridge for about a month ☺️
