How to Make Noodles in Company Mac N Cheese With Bacon

All in all, this recipe turned out great and very tasty!


  • 1 Pounds macaroni noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 Cups milk
  • ½ Teaspoons salt
  • ½ Teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ Teaspoons pepper
  • 2 Cups monterey jack cheese/ shredded
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese/ shredded
  • ½ Pounds microwaveable bacon
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Using a saucepan fill it 3/4 full with water and place over high heat.

    Step 2

    In a separate saucepan melt 2 tsp of butter over medium heat.

    Step 3

    After the butter is melted add the 2 tbs of flour, then whisk together

    Step 4

    Slowly add the milk while whisking the flour-butter mixture. The mixture should then thicken.

    Step 5

    By now the water should be to a boil, add 1 pound (whole box) of Macaroni and cook for about 11 minutes.

    Step 6

    As the milk, flour, and butter are thickening add the salt (1/2 tsp) and pepper(1/4 tsp).

    Step 7

    Then add the 1/2 tsp of paprika

    Step 8

    Go ahead and add the monterey jack cheese. Whisk until cheese is melted.

    Step 9

    This will be what it looks like when the cheese is melted.

    Step 10

    Pour 1/4 of the cheese sauce into a wok and add the strained macaroni.

    Step 11

    Then pour the rest of the cheese sauce over the noodles.

    Step 12

    Then mix the noodles and cheese sauce together.

    Step 13

    While your mixing the noodles and cheese.. follow the instruction on the microwavable bacon and make the bacon.

    Step 14

    Once the bacon in done, chop it into small pieces and add in to the mac n cheese and stir in all together

    Step 15

    Once you are finished sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and serve.
