Prepare everything; we have a variety of dried fruits such as cranberries, dates, kiwis, blackcurrents..
Prepare your container..hey even w/o a mason jar it can still happen 😎👍 just make sure to have lids
Add in the oats (do not use quick oats..only rolled oats or steel cut oats). Just eye ball how much you wish to eat. We put in about 1/3 of the container
Add 2 tbs yoghurt.. You can add more if you like
Topup with milk/chocolate drink till 2/3 of the container. If use plain milk, you can add honey or jams to sweeten a lil
Add the dried fruits. Give it a good stir with a spoon before placing the lids. Pop in the fridge for at least 5h/overnight. Ready to eat! Good for 5 days. If use cut fruits, limit to 3 days
