Main ingredients, plus sugar and peanut butter.
Mix or whisk together 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until crumbly.
Pour half of powdered sugar crumbles into pie crust.
Prepare pudding according to package directions for pie.
Pour pudding over crumbles.
Pour remaining half of crumble mixture over pudding, reserving 2 tbls to sprinkle on the top.
Prepare chocolate pudding and pour over crumbles.
Top with cool whip or whipped cream and spread to cover.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbles.
This pie is cold, very peanut buttery, light and refreshing during summertime. Slice and enjoy!
