How to Make No Bake Energy Bites

Supplies

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (organic)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 cup dry old-fashioned oatmeal
  • Feel free to add walnuts, almonds, raisins, etc.
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 2

    Add all ingredients into a larger bowl.

    Step 3

    Toast the coconut shreds lightly on low heat for 1-2 minutes.

    Mix. .

    Step 10

    Feel free to add walnuts, almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, etc.

    Step 11

    Mix all ingredients very well. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.

    Once chilled for 30 mins. Roll into 1 inch rounds.

    Step 13

    Place them in a container.

    Step 14

    Seal container and place in refrigerator until desired. These will last up to 1 week.

    While these are healthy, try not to eat more than one or two a day as they are a high energy food. ENJOY!
