How to Make No Bake Energy Bites

Step 1

2 cups quick cook oats

Step 2

1 cup flax seed

Step 3

1 heaping cup peanut butter

Step 4

2/3 c honey and 2 tsp vanilla

Step 5

As many of the mini choc chips as you like

Step 6

Stir up well. It might be a little lose and grainy, I add a bit more peanut butter or honey so that it holds it's shape

Step 7

Roll into a ball and store in fridge

Step 8

My kids love this as an after school snack. You could add dried fruit, nuts and toasted coconut as well. Enjoy!
