We add the zest and 4 tablespoon of butter (room temp) and 3 tablespoon of maple syrup and blend

Chop up the vegetable to your liking

I used green beans red and yellow bell peppers and squash and zucchini and I sauté them with the remaining butter season to your liking

Season salmon with salt and pepper

And on a non stick sauté pan sauté the fish so it won't stick
