Have stuffing? Put it in a 3qt casserole dish. Use your hands to press it firmly to the bottom & sides. Bake at 425*F for appx 15 mins - depending on stuffing moisture. You want a nice golden brown.

Take 2 tbsp of bacon grease & sauté celery & onion until tender-about 8 mins on med heat. Add stock, buttermilk & flour & stir. Then add turkey, basil, salt, & pepper. Mix well & cook for 10 mins.

You can also "fake" buttermilk by adding two tbsp white vinegar to regular milk, and let sit for ten minutes.
