How to Make Mixed Media Cards With Art Anthology Products

This is a card tutorial for two cards that are made with the same stamp and different Mixed Media techniques using Art Anthology products

Supplies

  • Thick white and black cardstock
  • Stitched rectangles dies- Elizabeth Crafts
  • Stamps- Inspired by Stamping
  • Inks- Tsukineko
  • Embossing powders- WOW!
  • Misti Stamping tool
  • Gel Medium
  • Hurricane stencil- AA
  • Texture paste
  • Mardi Gras Velvet- AA
  • Lagoon Velvet- AA
  • Avocado Colorations- AA
  • Barbie Colorations- AA
  • Siesta Key Colorations- AA
  • Rhinestones and sequins
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Die cut thick cardstock to the 6*4 1/2'' size. For this tutorial I wouldn't use the Kraft one, but white and black only.

    Step 2

    Stamp the sentiment over white cardstock with blue pigmented ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.

    Paint over the black stamped card with Mardi Gras Velvet paint and Lagoon Velvet paint. Don't use too much paint and wipe the stamped letters with baby wipe.

    Add a few random enamel dots and small black rhinestones.
