How to Make Mini Pumpkin Muffins

Mini pumpkin muffins! 👍

Supplies

  • 1 Pkg Pilsbury pumpkin bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get supplies ready! The cinnamon(powder) got cut out sorry!

    Step 2

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit!

    Step 3

    Mix the package of pumpkin bread, 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil, dash of cinnamon(optional), dash of vanilla extract(optional)!!

    Step 4

    Grease mini muffin pan! **can use regular cupcake pan with liners but I'm making mini ones for my prego mom!

    Step 5

    I used a measuring spoon to make it easier to spoon into tins! (Make sure not to fill too high, it'll take too long to cook them!)

    Step 6

    They will look like this!

    Pop in the oven! (This was my 2nd batch, that's why the tin isn't full.)

    Step 8

    Set timer for 5 minutes! My oven get hot and since they are little they cook fast! (Sometimes it's 7-8 minutes)

    Step 9

    Cool on a cooling rack!

    Step 10

    Put out & enjoy! I also frost them with cream cheese frosting but I didn't have any!!
