How to Make Mince Pie Pork Pie

Adding a Christmas twist to a pork pie, the perfect mix of sweet and savoury using a pork pie and mincemeat

Supplies

  • 6 Mini Melton pork pie
  • 6 Teaspoons Mincemeat
  • 1 Orange
  • 3 GlacĂ© cherries
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Start off with your mini melton pork pie

    Step 2

    Cut the top off with a knife

    Step 3

    Use a knife and cut around the meat inside the pie, using a fork remove the meat from the centre

    Step 4

    Spoon out an equal amount of mincemeat to your pork pie meat. (Roughly one teaspoon)

    Step 5

    Mash together the mincemeat and pork pie meat using a fork or a knife

    Step 6

    Spoon the mix back into the pork pie

    Step 7

    Either using a zester or a grater on your orange place a small amount on top of your pie

    Step 8

    Place half of a glacé cherry on top

    Step 9

    Perfect mix of sweet and savoury for Christmas
