Everything you will need
Add oil to a pan, let it get hot
This is my measuring cup :) ...add rice
Add rice to hot oil...cook until brown.
When brown pour into strainer, until all of the oil is drained.
Place rice back into pan.
Add 2 cups of hot water to the rice... Be careful you don't get burnt from the steam.
Add chicken bouillon... I use the cap as my guide and fill it to the first mark line.
This is what it will look like in the pan...stir to move the bullion around..
Cover, and place on low heat until water is gone. When water is gone, it will still be a little hard..just turn off the stove and the vapor will cook it the rest of the way.
The end results....you can also add carrots, corn, and peas to it...I don't because my kids won't eat it then, but it is better with them in it.
