How to Make Mexican Lasagne

Step 1

Add 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil to a hot pan.

Step 2

Add two pounds of ground beef.

Step 3

Add one package of taco seasoning.

Step 4

Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 5

Add 1 Tablespoon of salt.

Step 6

Add 1 heaping Tablespoon of cumin.

Step 7

Cut a large dice of 1/2 of a green bell pepper, 1/2 of a red onion and 2 cloves of garlic.

Step 8

When meat is almost browned, add veggies.

Step 9

It should look like this.

Add enchilada sauce.

Step 11

Add 1/2 cup of crushed tomatoes.

Step 12

Using a casserole dish, spray with cooking spray.

Step 13

Cut flour tortillas in half.

Step 14

Put a smattering of the meat mixture in the bottom of the pan.

Step 15

Put down 6-8 half circles of tortilla. Top with meat mixture.

Step 16

Add 1 can of drained black beans.

Step 17

Add dots of green chiles.

Step 18

Add more tortilla half circles.

Step 19

Add the meat mixture.

Step 20

Add corn.

Step 21

Top with cheese and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Step 22

Garnish with shredded lettuce, lime, cilantro, pico de gallo and sour cream.
