In a saucepan over medium heat, place water, rice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Once rice is tender , stir in milk....
Let milk boil for about 5 min before adding the rest of the milks.
Now stir in evaporated milk along ....
With La Lechera ( condenced milk ) .
And add sugar . You might want to taste before adding the sugar since La Lechera makes the mixture sweet.
Return to a slight simmer and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and rice has a pudding-like consistency.
.Serve hot, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon....... but it tastes grate cold also. Enjoy!!!
