Get your tomatoes, they can be any kind. I prefer grape tomatoes because they're so sweet and can be used as snacks. Yum:)
Wash em up
Now, put them on a cutting board.
Slice them in half through the stem part, not the centre.
Grab a container, preferably a resealable one.
You pour in everything except the tomatoes, so lets start with oil.
Now vinegar, I used cider vinegar.
Salt and pepper
Parsley. I had no fresh herbs around:(
Thyme and oregeno
Put your tomatoes in, all face down. (More flavour)
You can let those sit for as long as you want, (1 hr- 2 days recommended)
Fry or roast them
Or eat them raw!
Either way they are delicious and easy to make:)
