The required ingredients
Spread tomato paste over slices of Maltese bread.
Sprinkle capers and chopped raw onions.
Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Add some tuna and olives.
Add some pieces of peppered cheeselet.
Sprinkle some fresh parsley.
Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the bread into two pieces.
Serve with some lettuce and tomatoes.
