Get your supplies from the supply list.
Flour your workspace so the dough won't stick to the table.
With the rolling pin, roll the dough as thin as you can. Do this on both sides so it will be thinner.
With a small knife, cut th dough in lines that are 1 1/2 inch thick.
Then, cut in tiny square that are 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
Make a small cut on each corner, leaving the center intact.
Fold one corner on each side to the center. Make sure you press on the center so the dough won't move.
Make sure you put the Icing before you put it in the oven so it will get lightly toasted.
This is what they'll look like when you're finished with all of them.
Put them in the oven to 400 F for 15 mins. or until golden brown.
This is what they'll look like when they're out of the oven.
While they're still hot, cover them in white sugar on both sides.
And Voila! They're ready for cake decorating or just a sweet treat.
