Open the can of longan. Seperate the longan fruits and the syrup.
Put 3 to 4 longans into each cup. I only make about 8 cups. If you want more, then will probably need to double up the amount of ingredients.
Pour the 400ml water into the pot, add the jelly mixture when the water starts to boil. Stir occasionally. Make sure the jelly mixture is dissolved.
Pour some of the longan syrup into the mixture. I put in 4 tablespoon of longan syrup.
Pour the dissolved jelly mixture into the cups holding the longans. Let it cool down before placing them into the refrigerator.
