Cut & boil your potatoes with garlic salt
Thaw your chicken breasts
I didn't have shredded cheese so I just broke up two slices
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
Mix potatoes cheese and seasoning in food processor
Clean breasts and make a slit for the stuffing
Stuff, be generous!
Season them. I love adobo!
Pan sear just to brown and to seal the stuffing
...Guess I was a little too generous with stuffing...
Bake until juicy & yummy!
My extra stuffing came out, but this was the juiciest baked chicken I've ever made.
Add a side & enjoy! I chose chopped asparagus
