How to Make Lemon Honey Green Tea

Both delicious and very healthy! There's less than 5 ingredients, so you can't be lazy.

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Freshly Brewed Green Tea
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Honey
  • Measuring Cup
  • Tablespoon
  • Knife

    Step 1

    Health Benefits: Green tea has many antioxidents that help you lose weight. Lemons are filled with vitamin C to combat colds. Honey reduces coughs and soothes sore throats.

    Step 2

    I'm sure I don't need to explain this, but brew yourself some green tea, with boiling water as concentrated or as weak as you prefer.

    Step 3

    Measure out one cup of the hot green tea, and pour it into your mug.

    Step 4

    Grab a (preferrably) fresh lemon, and cut it in half. Mine is a little dry, but that's ok.

    Step 5

    Squeeze out two tablespoons of the lemon juice, and add it to your mug.

    Step 6

    After you have added the lemon juice, stir well.

    Step 7

    Next, we are going to use honey. It is better to buy organic honey, because it is free from artifical flavours, colours and preservatives.

    Step 8

    Squeeze out two tablespoons of organic honey and add it into your mug.

    Step 9

    The honey should melt off your spoon, but if you're having a hard time, grab another utensil and use accordingly.

    Step 10

    And you're done! Wasn't that easy? Garnish if desired, with a cut slice of lemon. Enjoy!
