How to Make Lemon Aioli

Great with seafood and appetizers!

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ½ Lemon, squeezed for juice
  • ½ Teaspoons Lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add mayo to small bowl.

    Step 2

    Squeeze lemon juice into bowl. Make sure to remove and seeds that may slide through.

    Step 3

    Lots of juice!

    Step 4

    Add garlic.

    Step 5

    Zest a lemon and add the shavings.

    Step 6

    Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Step 7

    Serve with breaded calamari or fried shrimp. Enjoy!
