How to Make Lchf, Gluten Free, Dairy Free "Pancakes"

They are even lowcarb! The whole thing contains about 4 carbs! To reduce the amount of carbs you can use unsweetened soy milk. Enjoy!🍴


  • 50 Milliliters Vanilla soy milk
  • 50 Milliliters Coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Coconut oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your supplies! The coconut oil is for frying.

    Step 2

    Mix the egg

    Step 3

    Add the thick part of the coconut milk.

    Step 4


    Step 5

    Add soy milk. The one I use contains 4.5 carbs per 100 Millilitre.

    Step 6

    Add the almond flour and blend

    Step 7

    Fry. They don't look that good, I know. But it is a damn fine replacement for the usual pancake.

    Step 8

    Enjoy. They taste best when they have cooled down a bit.
