Prepare all ingredients
Ground carrots, celeri, garlic, onions all together
Transfer to a sauce pan, add oil
After 3 min, add the beef
When the meat is pinkish, add the tomato sauce
When the sauce is ready (after 30 min or so), put a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of a dish (the dish will need to go in the oven), don't start with the pasta directly, as they will get sticky ..
Add pasta, as many as you need to cover the whole dish
Add bolognaise sauce on top of the pasta, and the ricotta cheese on top
Add more pasta...
After the last layer, I usually try to cover with bolognaise sauce, and then, cheese on top .. That way, covered with the tomato sauce, the pasta won't dry ..
Cook in the oven between 45 to 60 min, plant a knife to test the softness of the pasta
