Here's all the ingredients. I used lamb meat. You can use chicken or meat, and cut into the shape you like as long as the pieces are small and thin.
Heat up 1 tbs olive oil .. Add garlic, ginger and Thai chili if you want it spicy.
Cook for 10 minutes and keep stirring occasionally ..
Add the spices. I used pinch of: curry powder, garlic powder, pepper flakes, paprika, cumin, black pepper and salt.
Add cup of water
Let cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tender
After its cooked
Now add tomatoes, onions and bell pepper. I run out of pepper so I didn't add any.
Give it a toss
And garnish it with cilantro and and hot peppers if desired ..
Serve it with pita bread, rice or humus .. Enjoy (:
