How to Make Lactose-Free Ice Cream

Supplies

  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea salt
  • 3 14 oz cans extra rich coconut milk
  • 6 Cups Coconut milk refrigerated unsweetened
  • Rock salt
  • 10 lbs ice
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather supplies to start the mix

    Step 2

    Start with eggs, sugar and 2 cups of refrigerated milk

    Step 3

    Whisk until sugar dissolves

    Step 4

    And eggs are blended with mixture

    Step 5

    Strain mixture

    Step 6

    To remove gloppy egg bits

    Step 7

    Add extra rich coconut milk to bowl of electric mixer and blend until smooth

    Step 8

    Add the smooth milk mixture to egg mixture, add remaining 4 cups coconut milk, vanilla and salt.

    Step 9

    Fill ice cream container

    Step 10

    Whatever procedure for your machine

    Step 11

    Fill halfway with ice and rock salt. Remaining half and top with salt

    Step 12

    Run machine

    Step 13

    Continue running and pour off water periodically.

    Step 14

    Pour off water and refill ice and salt, keep running machine.

    Step 15

    When motor stops remove it.

    Step 16

    Cover completely with ice and salt to let "RIPEN"

    Step 17

    Top off with bag or newspapers for one hour

    Step 18

    After one hour remove ice and its ready to serve!
