How to Make Kimbap With a Mexican Twist

Supplies

  • Spinach
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Carrots
  • Rice
  • Bulgogi
  • Eggs
  • Tortillas
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Heat up bean sprouts, carrot sticks & spinach.

    Step 2

    Salt & pepper two eggs & whip 'em up.

    Step 3

    Cook the eggs.

    Step 4

    Heat up tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds.

    Step 5

    Place the heated tortilla on a sushi roller thing-a-ma-bob.

    Step 6

    Add heated white rice.

    Step 7

    Add a strip of spinach.

    Step 8

    Add carrots & bean sprouts.

    Step 9

    Add a strip of egg.

    Step 10

    Add some 불고기. If you like Kimchi, add that now, too.

    Step 11

    Roll it as tight as you can.

    Step 12

    Reinforce with aforementioned sushi roller thing-a-ma-bob.

    Step 13

    Slice it up.

    Step 14

    Walla! Kimbap without all the usual nasty seaweed around the rice. Top with salsa or Sriracha for some heat. Enjoy!
