How to Make Kenny Rogers Corn Muffins

Supplies

  • 1/2cup (113g) butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn kernels
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cream the butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt

    Step 2

    Add cornmeal and flour and baking powder slowly. Add milk when mixture gets too dry

    Step 3

    Add corn

    Step 4

    Put batter into muffin pan

    Step 5

    Bake at 200C for about 20-25 minutes

    Step 6

    Viola!!!
