How to Make Kale Chips

Super food that's yummy! Great as a side dish, appetizer, or snack!


  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Wash kale to get pesticides and germs from the store off

    Step 2

    Rip or cut leaves into smaller shreds. Like salad sized leafs and put into a bowl

    Step 3

    Pour olive oil into bowl and mix around until all leaves are coated. Don't use too much or kale will eat soggy

    Step 4

    Put kale on cooking sheet and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top. Cook in oven at 300 degrees for 8-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted

    Step 5

    Sprinkle a little salt and enjoy as a delicious appetizer, side dish, or snack that's super healthy!
