I like to make salt and vinegar kale chips but you can also drizzle them with olive oil. Or add a little siracha? for extra kick.
Take the leaves off the stems.
Make sure the leaves are washed and dry before mixing them in a bowl with your salt and vinegar mixture. (Or whichever you choose) not too much though. Enough to coat them but not soak them.
Lay them out on a baking sheet lined with foil. Put them in the center rack of the oven. (Preheated to 350)
Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown on edges but watch carefully cause can burn quickly.
Now you have a healthy snack!
