2 ltrs milk, Cardamom
Take 1 ltr of milk in a pan
Another 1 ltr of milk in a bowl..
Break the milk by adding citric juice (lime)
Squeeze the excess lime out of the broken milk and the remaining stuff will be used as a panneer..
Grind the sugar crystals to make a thin powder..
Boil the milk in a pan
Take Badam, pista and Cut them into small pieces..
Now add panneer into boiled milk, stir it thoroughly...then add sugar powder, pieces of badam and pista into the mixture..cook for some time till the mixture gets settled..
Now that's Kalakand!!! Indian sweet!!!
