Mash bananas to create a soft batter.
Add dark cane sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt & vanilla. Combine.
Add flour and mix to create a smooth batter.
Add a spoonful or desired amount of batter to heated oil and fry for approx 5 mins or until golden brown. You can also use a piping bag for a nice neat fritter 😉.
When cooked, remove from oil.
Place on plate with paper towel to soak up excess oil and sprinkle with light cane sugar.
All done! Serve warm as a snack or dessert. Goes really well with icecream. Enjoy!
