How to Make Jalapeño Corn Dip

Cool yummy goodness!

Supplies

  • 3 Cans of corn with diced peppers (drained)
  • 1 4 oz can diced chiles (drained)
  • 1 4 oz can diced jalapenos (drained)
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • chopped green onion
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 16 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Place all cans of corn in large bowl.

    Step 2

    drain chiles and jalapenos.

    Step 3

    Add all green ingredients to bowl. this includes the chopped green onion.

    Step 4

    Add sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Step 5

    Add pepper and garlic powder.

    Step 6

    Add cheese and mix well.

    Step 7

    --THIS IS IMPORTANT!! -- Chill in refrigerator for at least AT LEAST 2 hours. Trust me.

    Step 8

    Enjoy it with your favorite chips or crackers!
