How to Make Hummus

Supplies

  • ¼ kilograms Chickpeas
  • 500 Milliliters Tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon juice (more to taste)
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Boil your chickpeas or use canned chickpeas (make sure they are soft but not too soft)

    Step 2

    Blitz them up. Dont just add in the peas add water so it becomes a bit watery not creamy.

    Step 3

    Add in the garlic

    Step 4

    Make sure it is not too creamy it should be a bit watery. As we will be adding in the tahini it will firm up..

    Step 5

    Add in the tahini and drizzle some olive oil aswell

    Step 6

    Mix well. This is the consistency you want.

    Step 7

    Add salt and pepper to taste

    Step 8

    Drizzle some olive oil on top and some red pepper. İts ready :)
