Start with about 2 dozen raw chicken wings
Coat the wings with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and soya sauce.
This is how the wings look coated.
Lightly dust the chicken wings with flour, to create a crisp coating
Cook the chicken wings for 40 mins, at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. Flip the wings halfway through the cooking process.
This is how the wings should look after they are fully cooked.
Peel and dice half a red onion.
Peel and chop two cloves of garlic.
Sauté onions and garlic over medium heat in a sauce pan.
Once the onions are golden brown, turn off the element and add the chicken wings into the pan.
Combine ketchup, oyster sauce, sriracha hot sauce, chili powder, and oregano in a bowl.
This is how the sauce looks.
Chili flakes can also be added to the sauce, for some extra kick! :)
Add the sauce to the pan of chicken wings and toss well. Be careful not to rip apart your chicken wings!
Final product! Enjoy:)
