Put tomatoes in large bowl

Add 1 medium sweet white onion to food processor.

Add 1-2 fresh jalapeño to food processor. For more heat intensity add the seeds.

Add fresh cilantro leaves to food processor. Not stems

Add one pressed garlic clove to food processor.

Chop all ingredients lightly into food processor.

Add chopped mixture to tomatoes in bowl.

Squeeze 1/2 to 1 fresh lime with pulp & juice to taste!

Add salt & pepper to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce to mixture.
