You need a package of Pillsbury Grands rolls. I got home and realized i bought the wrong kind. I didn't know they even had a Juniors version! (No worries - it worked out fine!)
If you got the wrong kind like me, cut each biscuit in half and roll together to make a small ball. If you got the regular size package, cut the biscuits into fourths before you roll.
In a separate container mix sugar with cinnamon. You will use this at the end. (No, I don't use an exact measurement. Reread the disclaimer if this makes you nervous!)
Heat oil over medium low to medium heat. Gently drop the rolls into the hot oil.
In 1-3 minutes (or when bottom starts to brown), flip rolls.
Strain donut bites using a wok strainer or plate with paper towels.
Place on a plate to cool slightly.
Drop donut bite in sugar and coat well.
Serve and enjoy!
