Let the almonds soak in water for 12 hours to a day
It will look like this (milky) once its ready
Rinse the soaked almonds and pour them in a container good to use with a blender or in a blender
Add the amount of water you want, see an example of the proportion with this picture
You'll see the water getting whiter and whiter keep blending
Until you see a white foam
Take a small bag or a stocking and filter the broken pieces of almond (paste) and the milk
Filter until all liquid is separated. Love that part of the process!
Here your fresh homemade healthy Almond Milk! (Good for 2/4 days in fridge better fresh). Keep the rest of the Almond paste in the fridge it's great with fruit salad.
