Go to garden and cut herbs. Make sure to keep the different kinds in separate bowls so they don't get mixed up.
Lay herbs out on paper towels to dry
Cut the bigger herbs into smaller pieces using a cutting board and knife.
Add herbs to ice tray. Fill each cube 3/4 way full. Make sure to track of what herbs are in the tray.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into each tray.
Once frozen remove cubes from trays
Place in plastic bag and label
