How to Make Heavenly Guacamole

Supplies

  • 1 Large Avocado
  • 1 Small Tomato
  • ¼ Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove (or garlic powder)
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheyenne pepper
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Make sure your avocado is ripe (if should feel slightly soft all around)

    I didn't have any small tomoatoes

    Step 3

    1 freshly juiced lime ;)

    Step 5

    Adds some much needed heat!

    Step 6

    My secret ingredient

    Step 7

    Mrs. salt and mr. pepper

    Step 8

    One fresh clove if garlic (garlic powder works too)

    Step 9

    My weapons of choice

    *Cube the tomato (I like mine small) *Cube the onion (small but not too small) *Dice the garlic (it's essential to cut into very small pieces) (powdered garlic works just fine)

    Step 11

    Slice the Avocado like this

    About 2 teaspoons of lime juice

    Step 13

    Liberal amounts of pepper and cheyenne pepper depending on how spicy you like yours

    My secret ingredient: about a teaspoon and a half

    Scoop out the avocado like this

    Save the seed

    Step 17

    Mush it all up

    Step 18

    Mix in the onion, tomato, and garlic

    Step 19

    Play with it a bit

    Step 20

    Add as much salt as you want *placing the seed back into the guacamole helps preserve it's freshness and prevents it from going brown so quickly

    If you think it needs something else then throw in some salsa! (I recommend you don't use sweet or southern style salsa)

    And don't forget to put away leftovers and clean up after yourself! Your mum may not forgive you.... Enjoy!
