    3 eggs. Remove the white thing on the egg.

    3dl fibra whole wheat flour.

    Step 3

    A pinch of salt

    Step 4

    4dl milk (slim)

    Step 5

    Mix mix mix! Lol messy!

    Step 6

    Looking good!

    Step 7

    A little butter/oil in and pre heat the frying pan.

    Step 8

    Turn!

    Step 9

    Add your favorite content. Mmm mozzerella & ham. Enjoy! Healthy and very good!
