Here's the vegetables I included alongside already seasoned salmon (plainly seasoned with garlic and mixed herbs)
Cut the vegetables like this
Put the heat on, put the salmon in the pan and add a little olive oil
Break the salmon into pieces when tender
Should look like this...I also removed the tomato skin but that's optional.
The salmon mix is ready. To make the rice castle you have to cook the rice and put in a cup, compress as much rice as possible and tip it over :)
