This is my go-to dessert when friends come round or for a quiet night in. Be sure to go for strong flavoured fruit: raspberries are perfect. Experiment with the quantities to get your preferred taste.

Blitz again.  If possible (and secure), tilting the blender sometimes helps to get the fruit to bind properly and not stay stuck to the sides.

Serve immediately (it melts quicker than regular ice cream).  If you have guests, you can improve the presentation!
