How to Make Healthy Homemade Protein Bars

A weekly made recipe at my house. This is our go to snack. Want more?


  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of stevia in the raw
  • 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. of sea salt
  • 8oz. Berry flavored baby food
  • 4oz. Water
  • 2tbsp. Of ground flaxseed
  • 3 Tbsp. of unsweetened baking cocoa
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients!! Sorry some ingredients got cut off in the picture

    Step 2

    Preheat oven to 350

    Step 3

    In a large bowl add all dry ingredients. Oat flour, protein, baking soda, sea salt, ground flaxseed, baking cocoa.

    Step 4

    Whisk well

    Step 5

    In a small bowl add wet ingredients. First stevia and egg whites.

    Step 6

    Whisk to a fluff. ( yes I had to change bowls, my other one was too small)

    Step 7

    Add water and baby food and whisk well

    Step 8

    Add small bowl to large bowl and mix until smooth

    Step 9

    Spray a 9x9 glass dish with cooking spray

    Step 10

    Pour mix into glass pan

    Step 11

    Place in center rack for 25-30 minutes.

    Step 12

    Take out of oven and check for readiness!

    Toothpick ready test ;)

    Once cool, cut into 16 pieces.

    Step 15

    Two pieces equals 1 serving. Bag it and

    Place in refrigerator. Enjoy this 100 calorie snack!!!
