Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix all the ingrediens except the dried fruit

Spread the granola evenly and place in oven between 15-20 minutes!

Set the granola to cool before adding the dried fruits

Store the granola in a large glass jar

½ Cups Pumpkin seeds 
½ Cups Coconut flakes 
Cups Flax seed 
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 
½ Teaspoons Cardamom 
Tablespoons Coconut oil 
3 Tablespoons Honey 
½ Cups Dried fruit of chose
