How to Make Healthy Cookies

No unrefined sugar or carbohydrates.

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Coconut Flour
  • ½ Cups Almond milk
  • ⅓ Cups Almond Meal
  • ¼ Cups Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey/Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ Cups Oats
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather ingredients & preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan forced.

    Step 2

    Place dry ingredients into bowl.

    Step 3

    Place wet ingredients into measuring jug.

    Step 4

    Make a well in the dry mixture.

    Step 5

    Pour wet mixture into dry.

    Step 6

    Using a knife mix the dry & wet ingredients.

    Step 7

    Line a baking tray.

    Step 8

    Roll dough & firmly press into palm.

    Step 9

    Note: You can use half the dough and place cacao powder or anything of your choice.

    Step 10

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
