Ingredients: unsweetened shredded coconut, soy milk, coconut sugar, walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, dark chocolate
Ingredients cont: coconut oil
Tools: measuring jug, teaspoon, tablespoon,fork, oven tray/baking tray, bowlsx2, baking paper
Blend shredded coconut and coconut sugar together in a bowl
Blend with vanilla extract, soy milk and coconut oil (melted or room temperature).
Roll into balls. Leave in freezer for 15 mins
Boil water (turn heat down so the water is slightly simmering), put a small bowl on top of the casserole (melt chocolate in the bowl &
stir carefully with fork or spoon).
Until it looks like this
Take out the coconut balls from fridge
Cover with chocolate and topping. Enjoy 😋🍴 (keep in refridgerator and cover with plastic)
