How to Make Healthy Chocolate Granola (Vegan)

Delicius treat for chocolate lovers...

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Gluten free oats
  • ¼ Cups Sunflower seds
  • ¼ Cups Pumpkin seeds
  • 5 Tablespoons Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Light rapeseed oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Agave sirup
  • ½ Tablespoons Vanilla bean paste
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients: gf oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, agave sirup, light rapeseed oil, raw cacao powder, vanilla bean paste

    Step 2

    Tools: baking tray, baking paper, measuring jug, tablespoon, bowl

    Step 3

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

    Step 4

    Add all wet ingredients and mix well

    Step 5

    Add to the lined baking tray

    Step 6

    Heat for 10-15 minutes on 160 degrees celcius. Stir around and heat for another 8-10 minutes mixing every 2-3 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on it as granola burns fast.

    Step 7

    Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Add to a jar/airproof container. Enjoy 😋 (Great on top of smoothies, yoghurt etc.)
